A 6-Week Course to Support Deep Rest and Nervous System Reset
This is not a class where you stretch or push.
 It’s a space to pause, lie down, and let go.
 A quiet, supportive practice to help you rest, properly.
Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through a calming blend of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, gentle, floor-based practices that support nervous system regulation, better sleep, and a more grounded sense of self.
What to Expect Each Week
- Restorative Yoga, Fully supported poses held in stillness to ease tension and soothe the body. 
- Yoga Nidra, A guided rest meditation that encourages deep relaxation, often said to feel like hours of sleep in minutes. 
- Breath Awareness, Subtle breathing cues to help you unwind and settle the mind. 
No effort. No flow. Just rest and recovery, exactly where you are.
