Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through a calming blend of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, gentle, floor-based practices that support nervous system regulation, better sleep, and a more grounded sense of self.
What to Expect Each Week
Restorative Yoga, Fully supported poses held in stillness to ease tension and soothe the body.
Yoga Nidra, A guided rest meditation that encourages deep relaxation, often said to feel like hours of sleep in minutes.
Breath Awareness, Subtle breathing cues to help you unwind and settle the mind.
No effort. No flow. Just rest and recovery, exactly where you are.

This course is for anyone seeking real rest, the kind that supports your body, steadies your mind, and stays with you long after class ends.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is an opportunity to experience the essence of yoga as it was always meant to be: a practice of deep stillness, nervous system support, and coming home to yourself.
No experience needed. Just come as you are, and allow yourself to truly rest.

Start Date: TBC – evenings during Term 3
