Meet Ash

I'm Ash Whittle, a Functional Breathing Practitioner, Sleep Coach and Yoga Instructor based in Perth.

I help women who are tired, wired, waking at 3am and struggling to switch off.

With over 25 years' experience in health and wellbeing, my approach combines functional breathing, sleep support, yoga and nervous system regulation to help women feel calmer, sleep better and feel more like themselves again.

The work I do today comes from personal experience.

For years I lived completely on adrenaline. Always on. Always thinking. Always pushing through.

From the outside everything looked fine, but inside I felt overwhelmed, exhausted and like my system had forgotten how to properly rest. Sleep wasn't restoring me. My mind never seemed to slow down.

I know how it feels to be holding everything together while quietly running on empty.

That's why I'm passionate about helping women calm an overworked nervous system, improve sleep and feel like themselves again.

My approach combines functional breathing, sleep support, restorative yoga and nervous system regulation using practical tools that fit into real life.
