Meet Ash

I'm Ash Whittle, a Functional Breathing Practitioner, Sleep Coach and Yoga Teacher based in Perth.

For more than 25 years I've been helping people feel better through movement, breathing and practical health education.

Like many women, there was a time when I was constantly busy, always pushing through and running on adrenaline. I looked like I was coping, but underneath I felt exhausted. I wasn't sleeping well, my mind rarely switched off and I had forgotten what it felt like to truly rest.

That experience changed the direction of my work.

Today I combine the Buteyko Method, functional breathing, restorative yoga and sleep education to teach women practical skills they can use every day. My goal isn't to "fix" anyone, it's to help women understand what's happening in their bodies and give them simple, evidence-informed tools that support better sleep, less stress and healthier breathing.
