I’m Ash, a Functional Breathing and Sleep Support Expert based in Perth.

I help women experiencing poor sleep, stress, and hormonal changes gently reset their breathing and nervous system so the body can return to deep, natural rest.

Many of the women I work with are sleeping… but never feeling restored.

They feel wired at night, foggy during the day, and not quite like themselves anymore.

My work focuses on simple, science-based breathing and nervous system regulation tools that fit into real life, not more routines to manage.

The goal is not to push harder.

It is to help the body feel safe enough to rest again.

MY STORY

I didn’t start in this space because it was trendy.

I ended up here because, at one point, I was a bit of a basket case. I was running completely on adrenaline for years. Always on. Always thinking. Always pushing through.

From the outside everything looked fine… but inside I felt wired, overwhelmed and like my system just didn’t know how to properly switch off. Sleep wasn’t restoring.My mind didn’t slow down.
I was basically living on my nerves.

And I could feel I was heading for a breakdown if something didn’t change.

At the same time, someone close to me was struggling with their mental health, and I didn’t yet have the tools or understanding I have now. I remember wishing I knew how to actually help. That experience stayed with me. Because so many women are coping on the surface… but absolutely exhausted underneath it all.

Holding everything together, but not feeling ok.

I know how that feels.

And I also know it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Breathing has also been part of my story since I was little.

I had asthma and bronchitis growing up, so I know what it feels like when breathing doesn’t feel easy or natural.

Looking back, I realise I’ve been trying to “breathe better” most of my life, long before I knew there was actual science behind it. Turns out all those years of trying to get a full breath weren’t just random… they were pointing me exactly here.

That’s why I do this work.

Where I Am Now

Today, I’m formally training in both Oxygen Advantage® and Buteyko Method two evidence-based breathing systems that combine beautifully with my background in yoga, mindset and nervous system support. I use what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) to guide women through simple, effective techniques that reduce stress, improve sleep and bring a sense of grounded calm to everyday life.

I also work in the education system as a Special Needs Education Assistant and Student Wellbeing Officer, where I use these same tools to support children with emotional regulation, anxiety and focus.

Everything I teach is realistic, accessible and built to work in real life whether you're navigating burnout, sleep issues, anxious thoughts or hormonal shifts.

This work has changed my life and it’s my joy to share it with others.
