Workplace Wellness For Teams
Practical, evidence-informed wellbeing sessions supporting focus, recovery, sleep and nervous system regulation - aligned with WA Work Health & Safety obligations.
These sessions are suitable for all staff and can be adapted to suit mixed teams and different roles.
Why Workplace Wellbeing Matters
Many workplaces across WA are experiencing increased job demands, mental fatigue and reduced recovery.
Under the WA Work Health and Safety Act, employers are required to identify and manage psychosocial hazards, including sustained workload pressure, fatigue and stress — and take reasonably practicable steps to support staff wellbeing.
The most effective support is preventative, practical and usable in real working conditions.
