Is this for menopause or perimenopause?
Yes. Most women I work with are navigating hormone shifts peri, menopause, or post. The tools are designed to calm your nervous system, balance stress hormones, and support better sleep through every stage.
I’m not good at slowing down or meditating will this work for me?
Absolutely. You don’t need experience with yoga, breathing, or relaxation. Everything is simple, practical, and guided step by step even if your mind is busy or your schedule is full.
Can I do this online?
Yes. Sessions are available online via Zoom or in-person in Perth. Many women find online sessions easier to fit around work, family, and life and just as effective.
What if I can’t commit exactly week to week?
That’s okay. The 6-week framework is flexible we can space sessions out to fit your routine or travel plans. It’s designed to support you, not stress you.
I feel like I’ve already tried everything, how is this different?
