How quickly will I notice changes?
 Many women feel calmer and sleep more deeply within the first 1–2 weeks once they begin the breathing resets and evening wind-downs. For others, it takes a little longer especially if hormones or stress have been out of balance for a while. That’s why we build consistency over 6 weeks, so results last.
What if I’ve tried everything else and nothing has worked?
 This isn’t about pushing harder or adding more to your plate. The Reset Pathway uses gentle, science-backed tools that work with your body, retraining your breath, calming your nervous system, and supporting your hormones so your body can do what it’s designed to do: rest.
Do I need to have experience with breathing or yoga?
 Not at all. Everything is beginner-friendly and tailored to your needs. You’ll be guided step by step, and I’ll help you choose just a few simple tools that fit into your daily life.
What if I wake up at 2–3 am and can’t get back to sleep?
 That’s one of the most common struggles I hear from women. I’ll teach you specific breathing and nervous system reset tools to use in the moment when it happens, so you don’t spiral into frustration and cortisol spikes.
Will this help with hormones and menopause symptoms?
