If you're exhausted, waking unrefreshed, feeling overwhelmed or struggling to switch off, this class was created for you.
Many women spend their days rushing, caring for everyone else and pushing through despite feeling tired. Over time, the body can become stuck in stress mode, making it harder to relax, sleep deeply and feel like yourself again.
This gentle, floor-based class combines restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and calming breathing practices to help settle the nervous system, reduce tension and create better conditions for restorative sleep.
No standing poses.
No flow.
No pressure to keep up.
Just an hour dedicated to rest.
What to Expect Each Week
Restorative Yoga
Fully supported poses using bolsters, blankets, blocks and eye pillows to encourage deep relaxation and release physical tension.
Yoga Nidra
A guided practice often described as "yogic sleep" that helps quiet a busy mind and restore depleted energy.
Gentle Breathing Practices
Simple techniques to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and support better sleep.

No experience is needed and all props are provided.
