THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

• you wake around 2–3am most nights and struggle to get back to sleep
• your mind feels busy and alert even when your body is exhausted
• you feel tired all day but suddenly more awake at night
• you wake with a dry mouth, feel restless or notice yourself mouth breathing during sleep
• stress feels stuck in your body and you can’t properly switch off anymore
• your sleep has changed during perimenopause or menopause

WHAT WE’LL WORK ON

Over the 5 weeks we focus on helping the body gradually come out of constant stress mode and create better conditions for deep, restorative sleep.

This includes:

• calming over-breathing patterns
• improving nighttime breathing habits
• reducing “tired but wired” feelings
• learning nervous system regulation tools
• supporting deeper sleep and recovery
• reducing mouth breathing and restless sleep
• practical ways to help the body feel safer and calmer at night

THE APPROACH

Using functional breathing, Buteyko-based techniques, gentle nervous system regulation and realistic sleep support tools, we work on helping your body relearn how to rest.

Everything taught inside the program is designed to be simple, achievable and supportive for women already feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated.
